e-key is an almost indestructible memory chip that can be used and reused thousands of times for up to 8 years. It will not wear out or demagnetize under any conditions. Lost or stolen accounts can be immediately disabled and replaced, and the system can completely eliminate theft since it records every basket sold at the dispenser.
