Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours.  Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt, and be made in the original package.

Returns are not accepted without an authorization number.  Please call for a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipping.  Restocking fee of 25% may apply.  Special orders are non-returnable.
